What do our Coaching - Mentoring cover and cost?
At some stage we all need coaching across all levels of the business. The first hour is free there after it can be a fixed fee or charged by the hour. We’ll discuss structure and investment after that first conversation. There is no one size fit’s all pricing because every business is different. Our Coaching covers many areas may include sales training, cost control, supervising, health and safety or change management, we will teach how to motivate staff and have employees that are highly engaged in your business. Each situation is tailored to your business.
How quickly can I expect results?
Most clients notice meaningful change within 30-60 days. Every session produces practical, actionable steps- not just ideas. The speed depends on how quickly you can implement changes, but the direction is clear from day one.
Who do we work with and where?
We work with small to medium size businesses across a wide range of industries, Trades, Manufacturing, construction, Engineering and professional services. The principles of good management, lean operations and financial clarity apply regardless of sector. We are based in South Auckland but cover Auckland, Waikato and the Bay of Plenty. Sessions can be in person or via video – many clients prefer a combination of both.
Any sucsessful business needs a Strategic Plan- (Business Plan)
Without a plan your business is a rudderless ship. An important part of any business is to have a vision and a road map on how to achieve that vision. We will help you from beginning to end to write and implement your business plan. This may include a separate sales and marketing plan. We teach you how to analyse the capital investment, cash flow, systems, steps needed in change management and human resources to make the plan real.

We take a holistic view of your organisation’s processes from customer enquiry to final debt collection. From this we give you the tools and coach you on how look at each step in detail to “Lean” out waste and ensure optimum performance, allowing more time for owners and staff to work on the business. Once you have carried out the lean process with our templates we show you how to put in management systems and processes in place to ensure optimum efficiency. We then add total quality management systems to these processes to help eliminate errors in the business and ensure customers receive a consistent service or product. Total quality management systems include monitoring and reporting which gives you control of the entire business process. Finally we help you set up a process of continuous improvement for the business. Once all these steps are cemented, if required it is an easy process to then acquire an ISO9001 accreditation.
